MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: AMAZON.COM SERVICES LLC Offered Position: System Admin/Engr II Job Location: Austin, Texas Job Number: AMZ9085074 Position Responsibilities: Design and configure Salesforce solutions that support business requirements and internal team adjustments while also providing end-user support. Own end-to-end Salesforce platform management, focusing on system configuration, data integrity, and user enablement. Manage core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions while ensuring InfoSec compliance and data governance standards. Provide guidance on strategic, tactical, and technical initiatives involving Salesforce.com and Pardot, with a focus on email marketing automation and campaign management. Oversee email marketing workflows, ensuring smooth integration with Salesforce for effective communication tracking and reporting. Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues. Participate in data integration processes with other enterprise applications, including email marketing systems. Lead quality assurance testing in lower environments, developing clear test cases, and providing comprehensive user training to promote adoption. Drive platform improvements through systematic testing and implementation processes. Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users, particularly in email marketing automation. Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges, business issues, and email marketing needs. 40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $104,832/year to $160,000/year.
