The joint venture company will be called **Airbus India Training Centre (AITC)**** **Delivering on its commitment to ‘Skill India’, Airbus has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with the Tata-owned Air India to launch a world-class pilot training centre in Gurugram, Haryana. The JV Training Centre will offer A320 and A350 flight training to some 5,000 new pilots over 10 years.** **This joint venture, named as**Airbus India training centre (AITC)** will be a strategically critical project for both organizations, with an ambition to form a world leading Aviation Academy in South Asia that could positively impact operations and safety standards of both Airbus and Air India operators in the region.** ****Position :** SFI ****** ****Location :** Gurgaon, Haryana** ****Employment:** The incumbent will be a position holder of the JV legal entity, Company name - Airbus India Training Centre** ** _Job Description:_** * **You will Instruct airline crews converting to Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for a specific type (or types) using:** * **Fixed Base Simulators,** * **Classroom,** * **Airbus Pilots Training Devices** * **Full Flight Simulators** * **You will give stand-up lectures in order to ensure airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency.** * **You will adhere to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations.** * **You will instruct the crews within the defined time limits.** * **You will evaluate the crews’ progression.** * **You will decide, need be, on the necessity to give any extra session to** **achieve the leve
