## Description Switchboard Engineering Manager   Location: Marietta, OH Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $160,000+ annually (based on experience and qualifications) Position Overview A growing engineering and manufacturing environment is seeking an experienced Switchboard Engineering Manager to lead the development and execution of low-voltage power distribution solutions supporting critical infrastructure and data center applications.   This leadership role combines technical oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and team management responsibilities to ensure engineering deliverables are accurate, manufacturable, scalable, and aligned with customer and operational requirements.
