Must Have
Minimum two years high school education, WSI Certification or Obtain within 90 days of hire date, American Heart Association BLS Certification (CPR/AED, First Aid), Lifeguard Certification through American Red Cross or other approved certifying body
Nice to Have
Minimum one year lifeguard experience preferred, Previous swim lesson instruction preferred, Previous work with children and adult private lessons and children group lessons
