You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved effectively and professionally. ### Your Role As a Swedish Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service through various communication channels. Your linguistic skills and customer-centric attitude will help maintain strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Swedish via phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. * Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently. * Stay current with company products, policies, and support procedures. * Participate in continuous training and contribute to process improvements. **Requirements** * Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. * Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. * Positive, proactive mindset and a strong team player. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia with paid relocation support. **Benefits** 1.
