Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Swedish Speaking Customer Support positions based in Sofia, providing a unique opportunity to work and live in this vibrant city. We are looking for fluent Swedish speakers who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute to a dynamic team. In this role, you will interact with Swedish-speaking clients, providing them with timely and effective support to ensure a positive experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality customer support to Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and online chat channels. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information promptly and accurately. * Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot problems with a customer-centric approach. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. * Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance. **Requirements** * Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. * Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with customer support software is beneficial. * Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn. **Benefits** 1.
