As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards, specifically for our Swedish-speaking audience. ### Key Responsibilities * Moderate user-generated content in Swedish, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies. * Classify and evaluate content accurately based on established moderation rules. * Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate or non-compliant content to relevant teams. * Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation practices. * Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and ensure high-quality outcomes. * Stay updated on company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation. **Requirements** * Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. * Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. * Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently. * Strong communication skills to articulate moderation decisions clearly. * Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content professionally. * Familiarity with digital platforms and content management tools is a plus. * Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment. * Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. **Benefits** 1.
