What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience and a track record in product management, understanding of healthcare technology, understanding of technology, including software development, Excellence in organizational management with the ability to coach a senior-level staff to manage and develop high-performance teams, Proven history of effective leadership in a matrix organization, Significant experience with strategic planning, execution, and tracking to identify both success as well as challenges to meeting objectives, financial planning, budgeting and analysis skills, Customer-oriented mindset to ensure internal and external goals are aligned, Excellence in communication with customer executive management team as well as the internal management team, Adept at creative thinking and problem-solving, Bachelor's degree or comparable career experience in technology, healthcare, or business/commerce
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of products
and be responsible for product strategy planning and execution
Provide effective and inspiring leadership for the organization
Champion innovation and focus on total customer experience
Share industry expertise with team members
Evaluate product strategy
Evaluate client implementation proposals
Support forecasting of revenue and required resources
Participate in driving company revenue goals and profitability
Work with team on strategic product design and system capabilities
Work closely with client executive teams for alignment
Identify new opportunities for incremental sales and client satisfaction
Identification of metrics to determine success or opportunities
Create and/or review Statements of Work
Participate in executive steering meetings with customers
Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies
procedures and mission statement
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Fulfill responsibilities for achieving operational and financial success
