The SVP, Integrated Delivery drives how OneMagnify delivers measurable outcomes for our clients across our integrated solutions. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, this role sets the enterprise delivery strategy that brings complex, multi-practice engagements together to produce tangible business value and predictable commercial performance at scale. You will shape the agency's delivery capability into a durable competitive advantage by defining the model, building the leaders who run it, and ensuring the organization consistently delivers on what clients hired us to achieve. ## The Impact You'll Have You will shape how OneMagnify delivers as an integrated agency. The operating system you own brings practices together to deliver complex enterprise engagements as a single, cohesive effort. As that system matures under your leadership, integrated delivery becomes a durable competitive advantage. It is both a reason clients choose OneMagnify and a foundation on which the agency can grow. You will also set OneMagnify's trajectory toward becoming an AI-native, globally enabled delivery organization.
