What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of Communications experience required. Minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in Technology communications or related area. Ability to be a magnet for clients, partners, employees. Proven ability to attract, inspire, develop and lead other senior leaders. Track record for building lasting teams that are highly skilled and have staying power. Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week. Experience working globally and with colleagues in multiple locations.
Nice to Have
At least 5+ years leading teams preferred. Previous experience with financial models and P. High travel requirements and ability to be in market frequently, up to 40%. Solid organizational and leadership skills. Possess exceptional communications skills. Client and business environment, Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist.
