What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent, 15-20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, mission-critical or in Data Centre construction, Proven leadership of multi-country, multi-billion-dollar capital programmes, Experience building and scaling delivery platforms, Track record in APAC markets, Understanding of regulatory, labour, and supply chain dynamics, Deep technical familiarity with data centre infrastructure, Extensive commercial experience, Structuring and negotiating large-scale contracts, Negotiating supplier frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience with high-density compute, Experience with liquid cooling
What You'll Do.
Define APAC construction delivery model
Establish scalable frameworks for multi-country execution
and delivery methodologies
Own delivery of data centre builds across APAC
Implement programme-level controls
Oversee CapEx budgets and capital allocation
Shape procurement strategy at regional level
Lead complex contract negotiations
Build and manage contractor and supplier ecosystem
Anticipate and mitigate supply chain constraints
Drive strategic partnerships
Partner with Engineering and product teams
Champion standardization of core components
Ensure delivery capability keeps pace with technical requirements
Build and lead senior regional leadership team

SVP, DC (Design & Construction) – APAC The SVP, DC (Design & Construction) - APAC will be accountable for the strategy, scaling, and execution of Nscale’s data centre construction platform across the APAC region. This role owns the transformation of a multi-country development pipeline into operational, revenue-generating infrastructure, at speed, at scale, and with institutional-grade reliability. This is a top-tier leadership role with direct impact on capital deployment, time-to-market, and long-term asset performance. The Head will define how Nscale builds—not just what it builds—establishing delivery as a core strategic advantage across diverse regulatory, supply chain, and market environments.
