Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Experience working in a collaborative team environment, Experience in Project Management, Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Visio, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint, Highly organized with multitasking and time management skills, Ability to follow up on action items and requests in a timely manner, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, Focus on quality and continuous improvement principles, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, oral and written communication skills, Comfortable interacting with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, Ability to drive and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance, if required, Must be a U. S. citizen

Knowledge of Military Logistics and Maintenance Principles, Understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition process

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary customer interface

Lead sustainment and post-delivery support activities

Manage spares and repair quoting

Coordinate integration efforts

Ensure required parts and materials are onsite

Provide ongoing support to field technicians

Manage Basic Order Agreements

Coordinate execution of service events

Manage spares and repairs with core team

Track on-time delivery performance

Provide revenue forecasts

Analyze failure trends

Mitigate customer inventory risks

Complete system handovers

Develop customer-facing reports

Participate in Program Management Reviews

Utilize continuous improvement principles

Ensure compliance with SOPs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate integration efforts, onsite testing and troubleshooting support, and training activities with customers, Saab engineers, and field technicians; Provide ongoing support to field technicians, including coordinating additional parts for troubleshooting and leading next-step discussions with appropriate Saab team members; Manage spares and repairs with the core team, including Contracts, Finance, Configuration Management (CM), Supply Chain, and the Depot (repairs only); Drive and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
