This role is responsible for sustainment strategy and sustainment business development including pricing, negotiations and contracts. The Sustainment Manager is responsible for leading all post-delivery product support activities to ensure long-term system readiness, reliability, and affordability across the product/program lifecycle. The Sustainment Manager works cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, program management, and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction. **As Sustainment Manager, you will:** * Be responsible for sustainment strategy, business development, planning and executing the sustainment book of business and long-term sustainment growth for Moog Avionics in both commercial and defense markets. * Drive revenue/profit Contribution in support of Moog Avionics financial expectations. * Responsible for pricing and contract negotiations for recurring and new business pursuits on the sustainment side. * Responsible for establishing the business case and risk/opportunity assessment for all related decisions. * Ensure alignment with program requirements, customer expectations, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards. * Serve as primary point of contact for sustainment-related inquiries from customers, operators, and government agencies. * Monitor multiple military and industry customer budgets and procurement forecasts and effectively translate and communicat
