What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's OR Master's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field, 6+ years’ experience in program or project management, engineering, operations, business planning or other similar roles
Nice to Have
Advanced understanding of sustainable design, corporate or government sustainability programs, Aptitude to learn/understand global sustainability related policies, regulations, standards, and literature, Proven cross-functional project management and leadership skills, leading to positive organizational change, Track record of driving results through deep and resourceful collaboration, Experience tracking and monitoring market trends and opportunities, Analytical thinking skills

Administer and grow HPE’s Sustainable Technology Program
Track execution towards sustainable tech strategy
Organize business units’ updates
Manage sustainable technology resources
Increase engagement of technical community
Develop and track metrics
Monitor industry and customer trends
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engage across the company; Partner closely with product and offering business units; Partner with HPE’s technical teams; Coordination at all levels of the company; Consensus-building and conflict-resolution skills; Manage cross-functional teams; Drive buy-in from executives and individual contributors
