Must Have
8-15 years as a senior leader in the industry with depth of experience in real estate investment, development and sustainability implementation, Advanced English for effective communication with clients and international teams, Technical knowledge in sustainability: Experience with Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG), Net Zero strategies, and ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, GRESB, CDP, SASB), Financial analysis: Ability to perform financial calculations including IRR, NOI, payback, and asset valuation, Software: Experience with Salesforce to maintain accurate sales pipeline, Exceptional communication: Ability to translate industry jargon and technical information into digestible content, Knowledge of diverse asset classes: Retail, Residential, Industrial, Office, Hotel, and the unique sustainability challenges each presents

Develop growth strategies working closely with the entire sustainability team

Actively participate in regional and national sustainability communities as a recognizable industry resource
Support team development through recruitment
