What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Sciences, Community Development, Human Development, or related fields, Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management within social impact, education, community development, or related sectors, Proven experience in designing programs and evaluating social/community impact, expertise in community development, social impact frameworks, and capability-building methodologies, Solid program design skills, including logic modelling, KPI development, and impact measurement, project management and operational planning skills, Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities, Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities, interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to mentor and engage youth or volunteers, Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams, Commitment to sustainability, social impact, and inclusive community growth, IELTS (General) with a score of at least 6.0 (or equivalent)

Lead flagship sustainability programs

Build partnerships and capabilities

Embed sustainability and social impact

Lead execution and evaluation of programs

Oversee capability-building initiatives

Co-creation programming

Community development impact

Consult on social aspects

Align programs with SDGs

Strengthen student engagement

Develop program documentations

Conduct sustainability assessments

Promote sustainability culture

Provide subject matter expertise

Foster partnerships and collaborations

Communicate sustainability efforts

Participate in Sustainability Committee

Execute program delivery

Establish and monitor impact

Train and mentor Student Ambassadors

Build and maintain relationships

Provide expert consultation

Identify operational risks

Contribute to reporting

Ensure compliance with governance

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Operations and Communications teams; Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams; Work with internal and external stakeholders; Engage with student groups and community partners; Report to Manager, Sustainability
