What You'll Achieve.
Contribute to the development and continuous refinement of BESIX Group’s sustainability strategy. Help design and implement KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks to track progress and support decision-making. Play a key role in achieving and maintaining full compliance with CSRD requirements.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in e.g. Business, Economics, Law, Engineering or Environmental Sciences. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sustainability. Fluent in English, with good knowledge of Dutch and French.
Nice to Have
Experience in construction or infrastructure is a asset. International exposure is a plus.
