As a Sustainability Manager – Store Development, you will lead the sustainability agenda for materials, design and construction choices within our global Format & Design team initiatives and help translate Rituals’ Net Zero ambitions into practical decisions across concepts, materials and execution. In this role, you will be part of Format & Design, the ESG Team, and Impact Team. From early design intent through to supplier selection, prototyping, rollout and in-store improvements, you ensure sustainability is embedded across the full project lifecycle. You will act as the subject matter expert on sustainable materials, circular design principles and responsible construction choices for retail environments. You bring structure to a broad and evolving agenda by setting clear priorities, frameworks, and measurable targets that help teams make better decisions. By combining strong materials expertise with a hands-on project management approach, you turn long-term ambitions into concrete roadmaps, standards and actions. You guide stakeholders through trade-offs with clarity and care, always balancing sustainability, brand experience, quality, safety, timing and cost. In doing so, you help us build retail environments that are more circular, responsible, and future-ready.
