In this role, you will tackle the unique challenges of , including massive energy demands and heat rejection. You will be responsible for driving our path to **Net Zero** , managing large-scale water stewardship programs, electrical usage and ensuring our infrastructure meets the highest global efficiency standards during construction phase. **Industry-Specific Responsibilities** * **Thermal & Power Efficiency:** Partner with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers to optimize **WUE** (Water Usage Effectiveness) metrics during the construction phase * **Waste Disposal:** Work with General Contractor and Subcontractor’s to achieve 90% waste recyclable initiatives. * **Certifications:** Certifications or experience in delivering **LEED Gold/Platinum** projects, **ISO 50001** (Energy Management), and **ISO 14001**. * **Community Impact:** Manage local environmental permits and noise/heat mitigation concerns for surrounding communities. **Required Technical Qualifications** * **Industry Expertise:** Deep understanding of data center building concepts and construction techniques. * **Scope 3 Leadership:** Experience tracking the embodied carbon of construction materials (concrete, steel) and silicon-based hardware. * **Education:** Degree in M
