Must Have
7-10 years of proven track record in support of Operations, Engineering and IT Technology implementation, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain with a focus in data science, process engineering and analytics, Ability to translate business requirements into mathematical models and data science objectives
Nice to Have
Additional focus in Project Management preferred, Master’s degree preferred, Solution Design experience a plus

Collect business requirements
Co-design CO2 platform
Roll out HPE Operations Sustainability CO2 platform
Develop data tools to measure CO2 footprint
Track CO2 footprint of HPE Operations
Support data inputs gathering for calculating CO2 footprint
Lead E2E data management
Drive carbon data management across all Sustainability workstreams
Develop a process flow
Identify technology applications
Participate in system implementation
Present solutions to senior management
Respond to high priority requests
Document the process deployed
Present to senior management and stakeholders
