In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at Pontian United Plantation _**Job Description**_ **Administrative Support** ▪ Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organising schedules. ▪ Ensure sustainability documentation, policies, and procedures are kept up-to-date and comply with relevant regulations and standards. ▪ Assist in monitoring and reporting on sustainability compliance, permits, and certification requirements. ▪ Support the planning and implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects. **Data Entry & Record Management** ▪ Accurately and efficiently input data into computer systems or databases, including updating records, processing forms, and maintaining spreadsheets. ▪ Organise and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents for easy retrieval, including personnel files. **Document Preparation** ▪ Prepare, format, and review documents, reports, and correspondence using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software. **Communication** ▪ Manage emails, respond to routine inquiries, and circulate relevant information to stakeholders. ▪ Handle customer, client, or employee requests professionally, providing necessary information and assistance. **Office Supplies & Inventory** ▪ Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability, an
