What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduated from university or college majoring in agriculture, forestry, environment, or agricultural economics, Solid understanding of coffee cultivation techniques such as planting, care, harvesting, and post-harvest processes, Proficient in updated Rainforest standards, 4C Code of Conduct, NKG Verified certification, and other applicable standards for certified coffee production managed or controlled by NKG Vietnam
What You'll Do.
Prepare an annual internal inspection work plan and inspect sustainable coffee farmer groups/clubs
Report the real situation of the farmers
Collect feedback from farmers and suggest a solution to develop and maintain the activities of sustainable coffee groups/clubs
Supervise and speed up the farmer groups/clubs to comply with the standard/ code of conduct applied
Support the annual training workshops
Report on the selling certified coffee activities of farmer groups/clubs
Join other activities
Execute assigned tasks and finishing on time
Develop more farmers and farmer groups/clubs for sustainability programs
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the local people in the coffee producing areas; Report to BoM (Ban Giám đốc) for advice and instruction; Collaborate with farmers, producers, collectors and suppliers
Communication Scope
Report honestly and fully the real situation; Collect feedback from farmers; Suggest a solution
