What You'll Do.
Preparing fresh sushi for customers both packaged and made-to-order
Ordering and receiving
Ensuring orders are labeled
dated and product is put away
efficient and friendly customer service
Answering the telephone promptly and providing friendly
Works with co-workers as a team
Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures
Involved in schedules and overseeing food ordering and planning
Communicating to customers on phone
or on e-mail regarding food and food preparation
Aiding in the merchandising techniques for sushi foods
Aiding in the merchandising food layout
Attending company wide and industry meetings as assigned
Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time
Planning and performing fresh sushi demonstrations
Staying current regarding meal trends and menu planning
