Job Description Purpose of the Role * Programming market research questionnaires according to client specifications and deadlines using specific software based on VB * Preparation of surveys according GfK global standards * Programming, quota set-up, quality checks, soft-launch, full-launch, fieldwork support and data exports for medium to high complexity projects individually * Execute day-to-day operations and tasks * Propose optimizations and efficient solutions * Take decisions related to project delivery in case of any ambiguous situation. Key Activities * Review and process all materials provided by the client * Proactively discuss with the client all detail related to input materials and their needs * Propose and discuss potential solutions based on client needs * Implement newly proposed solutions for the project * Program the scripts based on the questionnaire according to project specifications individually * Perform quality checks * Complete assigned tasks on time * Participate in project set up meetings and proactively discuss all the specifics about the project * Seek and propose solutions for more efficient execution process within Data Management * Support junior colleagues with training and problem solving * Collaborate with other teams to solve any problems encountered during data collection phase * Complete trainings as per the training plan and pro-actively seeks to gain knowledge * All other activities related to the direct implementation of the work process and the tasks of the team, department and/or organization arising from the nature of the work, or the specifics of the projects/assignments being performed Skills and knowledge required * Advanced knowledge of Decipher/Dimensions (IOM) / StG * Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, C++, Python) * Advanced knowledge in MS Office * English B2, written and spoken * Keep deadlines * Strive for continuous improvement * Build good working relationships with col
