Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field., Minimum 10 years of experience in surveying for airport, airfield, or aviation infrastructure projects., Proven experience managing survey teams on large-scale civil or aviation projects., expertise in topographic, construction, geospatial, and as-built surveys., Expert-level proficiency with survey instruments, GNSS/GPS, total stations, LiDAR, UAVs, and GIS software., Solid understanding of airport construction sequencing, airfield design standards, and aviation safety requirements., leadership, organizational, and communication skills., Knowledge of surveying quality standards, calibration protocols, and data validation techniques.
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or specialized certification in survey management preferred., Professional certifications: RICS, CPEng, or equivalent., Experience with BIM, 3D modeling, and digital surveying platforms., Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract standards in construction projects., Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder airport programs.
