What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program (or has certification that evidences education) OR Military training as a scrub tech, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, 1 year of recent relevant experience
Nice to Have
Surgical Technician Certification (TS-C, CST, or NRST) is required to be eligible for incentive
What You'll Do.
Prepare the sterile field for surgical operations
Assist surgeons in gowning and gloving
Draping patients for surgery
Pass instruments and supplies
Anticipate surgeons' needs during surgery
Perform equipment maintenance

Possess written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people
