What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of accredited surgical technology program, Military training as scrub tech, 1 year of recent relevant experience, BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
Nice to Have
Surgical Technician Certification (TS-C, CST, or NRST) required for incentive
What You'll Do.
Prepare sterile field
Set up sterile instruments
Assist surgeons gowning and gloving
Drape patients for surgery
Pass instruments and supplies
Anticipate surgeons' needs
Perform equipment maintenance
Perform equipment testing

Adhere to regulations
