We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. **As a Sr. Associate I, Surgical Field Sales** , you will be r**esponsible for maintaining and building** Alcon Surgical Disposable and IOL market shares. You will Optimize the relationship of Alcon with the ophthalmologists and all other persons involved who advise or use Alcon products. A typical day in this role will include: * Develop and execute account plans to maintain and enhance Alcon's market share within the Surgical Disposable and IOL segment. Regularly engage with existing accounts to build strong, lasting relationships and understand their needs and challenges. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ophthalmology market. Proactively seek potential clients and establish connections with key decision-makers to promote Alcon products and services. * Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales growth. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt and refine strategies for better performance. * Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational materials to clients and healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of Alcon products. Ensure that customers are well-informed about product updates and advancements. * Cultivate strong relationships with ophthalmologists and other medical professionals involved in the decision-making process for Alcon products. Understand their unique needs and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their requirements * Actively participate in
