Must Have
2-3 years of experience in customer facing roles within surgical environment or other industries, understanding of ophthalmic procedures, product technology, and selling to the medical profession, Demonstrable track record developing and executing business plans, goal setting and team building, performance management, desire and ability to learn technical knowledge, Understanding of the MTAA code of practice, full Australian work rights
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM applications (such as Salesforce) to manage relationships, complete account and call planning

Facilitating Accelerator program
Managing tender requirements
Working with Customer Operations on consignment
Developing new business with customers
Maintaining and optimizing existing relationships
Providing feedback on competitor activities
