### Surgical Dental Assistant **$28–$38/hour | Full-Time | No Weekends | Upper East Side, NYC** Join our prestigious Upper East Side dental practice as a **Surgical Dental Assistant**! We are seeking a skilled, professional, and patient-focused team member to assist in sophisticated surgical procedures, including IV sedation. This is an excellent long-term career opportunity for someone with surgical dental assisting experience who wants to grow professionally within a supportive practice—without the need to pursue additional schooling. ### What You’ll Do As a Surgical Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that surgical procedures run smoothly while delivering a safe and comfortable experience for patients. Responsibilities include: * Assisting the dentist during surgical procedures, including IV sedation * Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment * Ensuring patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures * Maintaining accurate patient records and surgical documentation * Supporting the clinical team to ensure a high standard of care and efficiency ### What We’re Looking For * Minimum 2 years of surgical dental assisting experience * Experience with IV sedation is required * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism * Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills * Commitment to providing exceptional patient care ### Schedule * **Monday – Friday:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM * **No weekends** ### What We Offer * **Competitive pay:** $28–$38/hour * Comprehensive benefits package * Supportive, team-focused workplace culture * Long-term opportunity to grow professionally and advance your career * Work in a modern, high-end dental practice If you are a motivated, skilled Surgical Dental Assista
