Perform surgical hand scrub
Function as first or second assist
Protect patient information
Participate in adverse patient care reduction
Participate in Universal Protocol
Communicate with circulating nurse
Assist with OR case preparation
Establish sterile field
Monitor sterile field
Maintain sterile field
Assist with patient positioning
Assist with skin clipping
Assist with skin prepping
Assist with foley catheterization
Utilize power equipment
Utilize stapling devices
Inject infiltration local anesthetic
Manipulate retractors
Suture closing fascia
Suture subcutaneous tissues
Apply wound dressings
