The Surgeon Recruiter is responsible for acquiring leads, prospecting, interviewing, and achieving goals as set forth by the Vice President of Medical Administration and Chief Medical Officer. This position will play an integral role in ensuring all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process are followed from start to finish understanding that working with a sense of urgency is a key to success. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for Plastic, Cosmetic and General Surgeon’ s. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the full recruitment life cycle to attract, engage, and hire top talent, balancing urgency, complexity, creativity, and cost. Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a consistently positive experience from scheduling through day-of coordination. Develops and maintains a network of contacts and talent pipeline through colleges, professional organizations, and tools such as Doximity and Salesforce. Maintains data integrity in Salesforce and tracking systems, producing required reports (e.g., cost centers, reason for opening, approval chain). Prepares offers, develops closing strategies, negotiates compensation packages, and provides prompt follow-up to all stakeholders through contract execution. Enhances recruiting processes to decrease time to hire while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
