What You'll Achieve.
Maintains efficient and compliant production lines; obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment; improve product quality; ensure specific operational performance; optimum utilization; provide a safe work environment

Troubleshoots and corrects machinery problems; develop budget and cost controls; eliminate operating problems
wear personal protective equipment, stand and walk throughout a 12 hour shift, lift and/or move 10 to 25 pounds, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance, Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, noise level in the work environment is usually loud
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 – 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor, Understanding of FDA guidelines for finished goods drug manufacturing, Understanding of lean principles, A solid understanding of SPC and statistical techniques, Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, Ability to work with mathematical concepts, oral and written communication skills, Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
2 – 3 years’ experience as an individual contributor senior
What You'll Do.
Supervise daily operations of the team
Follows and enforces all clean room procedures
Troubleshoots and corrects machinery problems
Confers with management personnel
Coordinates production activities
Develops and implements operating methods
Revises production schedules and priorities
Consults with engineering staff
Plans production operations
equipment and manufacturing area
Develops or revises Standard Operating Procedures
Observes workers to ensure compliance
Resolves worker grievances
and retrieves production data
Ensures all employees are properly trained
Ensures all employees are following appropriate safety practices
Maintains general housekeeping
Responsible for hiring
coaching and counseling employees
Assist with various projects
