What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in social services or related field and a minimum of one year experience in the coordination of supportive housing or in the coordination of independent living services in a social service setting, High School Diploma or GED and two years of experience in the coordination of supportive housing or in the coordination of independent living services in a social service setting, Ability to use assigned technology as directed in the community (laptop, cell phone, and designated software), Ability to perform CPR/First Aid as needed, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Must be at least 21 years of age

What You'll Do.
Conduct assessments and interviews with clients
Develop and update action plans
Provide ongoing life skills development
Provide specialized interventions for eviction risk
Connect clients to supportive services
Establish network of community services
Guide clients through application processes
Conduct visits in client's home
Enlist support of property management
Track and report outcomes
Attend internal and external meetings
Travel throughout the area
Provide transportation to clients
Represent Compass at professional meetings
