In this role you will work on the front line of our Consumer Directed Services, delivering a wide range of services to support participants activities of daily living such as personal care, domestic assistance, continence management, feeding and mobilising. This role requires you will work closely with the person to ensure their individual needs are met. Support Workers are the front line of our Consumer Directed Services programs, providing consumers with the personalised support to assist our participants to live meaningful and fulfilling lives. Your varied day may include providing support with activities of daily living such as companionship, transport, shopping, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management.
