What You'll Do.
Provide companionship
Assist with personal care
Support with nutrition and hydration
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Provide transportation to appointments
Provide transportation to social activities
Support with medication
Support clients living with dementia
Support clients with age-related conditions
Report concerns to the Support team
