What You'll Do.

and organize SOP documentation

Transform complex logic into flowcharts

Monitor SOP usage and suggest optimizations

Maintain and update KPI dashboards

Identify trends in ticket data

Assist in Zendesk back-end administration

Gather requirements for product requests

Act as a technical resource for support team
