What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer support environment, Comfortable and reliable working overnight from 12am - 8:30am EST, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Ideally supporting customers via chat and email, Familiarity with online payment rules and regulations, Experience with Genesys Cloud

Respond to Business Customers and their Consumers
