What You'll Do.
Provide internal customer support and technical support to internal users through different communication channels
Investigate issues end to end
and help drive them to resolution
Reproduce bugs and collect the details needed for further technical analysis
Perform changes in our accounting system
including creating new fields
updating email and PDF templates
and adjusting roles and permissions
Create and maintain saved searches and reports to support business needs and improve visibility
Adjust system configurations and customizations to support changing operational requirements
Train users on how to perform specific tasks in NetSuite and help them use the system with confidence
Create and maintain internal documentation so knowledge is structured

This role combines hands-on support, technical investigation, system configuration, and user enablement.
