Disseminate necessary information
Obtain prior-authorizations thru Medicaid/Insurance
Perform all computer data entry
Final bill all payors
Manually post AR payments
Post AR payments via computer system
Address all outstanding accounts
Follow resubmissions/corrections
Maintain alphabetical filing system
Maintain numerical filing system
Maintain subject filing system
Operate electronic office equipment
Compute amounts using electronic office equipment
Teach/instruct other clerical staff
Address problems with third party payors
Address complex problems with supervisor
