What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma, 2+ years experience in corporate/customer service roles, Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training, B2 English proficiency or higher, Intermediate/advanced French Proficiency (B2 or higher)
Nice to Have
University Bachelor's degree in process or completed, B2 Proficiency or higher in Portuguese, B2 Proficiency or higher in Italian, B2 Proficiency or higher in French, B2 Proficiency or higher in German, B2 Proficiency or higher in Mandarin, B2 Proficiency or higher in Japanese
What You'll Do.
Execute end to end processes and tools
Investigate vendor chargeback disputes
Respond to and process chargebacks correctly
Improve internal processes to reduce chargebacks
Participate in vendor education
Identify issues and seek solutions
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement of SOPs
Identify areas of opportunity for improvement of internal
