What You'll Do.

Act as Tier 2 support for the Device

Validate and perform basic troubleshooting on reported issues

Escalate issues to the Tier 3 development team

Function as a liaison between the Orders team

Ensure clear communication and efficient resolution for issues

Monitor for upcoming product or system changes

Analyze potential impacts of changes

Prepare necessary adjustments for changes

Report critical issues to leadership

Support the implementation and maintenance of KPI tracking

Assist in data analysis by running queries

Review knowledge base articles

Update knowledge base articles

Migrate knowledge base articles to Google Docs

Create transition documentation for the co-op role

Maintain transition documentation for the co-op role

Assist with creating documentation

Assist with updating documentation

Conduct light research on best practices

Build simple dashboards

Test new support workflows

Test triage decision trees

Help draft internal comms

Help draft enablement resources

Help draft support technical troubleshooting
