The Support Operations Analyst - Perfect Pay is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across Amazon's Colombia Customer Service operations. This position serves as the bridge between operations leadership, payroll systems, and workforce management, requiring strong analytical capabilities, decision-making under uncertainty, and deep expertise in Colombian payroll regulations. Key job responsibilities The Support Operations Analyst - Perfect Pay will serve as the critical bridge between operations leadership, payroll systems, and workforce management for Amazon's Colombia Customer Service operations.
