Must Have
2+ years of experience in administrative support, dispatching, or customer service roles, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications, Experience using routing/navigation tools (e. g. , MapQuest, Google Maps), attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment, Comfortable working early morning PST hours
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a healthcare or medical environment, Familiarity with care coordination or provider operations workflows, Experience handling sensitive data in a HIPAA-compliant environment
