Experience leading or managing projects and/or teams, 3+ years of experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc. , supporting product lifecycle, leadership, partnering, and organizational change, Program and Project management best practices and operational discipline, Experience developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals, Experience in leading Product teams using and applying standard metrics to ensure first time quality, Experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers (internal and external), business partners / suppliers / subcontractors, and government representatives, U. Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools, Familiarity with Product Support elements like Publications, PSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, and Systems Engineering., Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Support Engineering Technical Manager (Support Engineering Tech Mgmt) **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Operations and Integration Support Engineering Manager (Level L) to lead and manage a team of product support maintenance engineers. The successful candidate will oversee the analysis, design, development, and deployment of Maintenance Engineering (MxE) deliverables and initiatives. This role is responsible for setting organizational strategies, ensuring adherence to technical and product quality standards, and integrating efforts across all Product Support elements including Publications, PSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, and Systems Engineering.
