What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience leading or managing projects and/or teams, 3+ years of experience gathering, preparing and analyzing technical data for the development support products including logistics engineering, logistics support analysis, technical publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, field services, maintenance, etc. , supporting product lifecycle, leadership, partnering, and organizational change, Program and Project management best practices and operational discipline, Experience developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with organizational goals, Experience in leading Product teams using and applying standard metrics to ensure first time quality, Experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers (internal and external), business partners / suppliers / subcontractors, and government representatives, U. S. Person as defined by 22 C. F. R. §120. 62, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Citizenship
Nice to Have
Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools, Familiarity with Product Support elements like Publications, PSA, Provisioning, Retrofit, and Systems Engineering., Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
