What You'll Do.
Learn and apply foundational knowledge of Geotab products
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues and inquiries
Work closely with colleagues on the Engineering Support
Work closely with Support teams and Software Development
Gather relevant information by evaluating and analyzing symptoms
Resolve software issues and inquiries
Contribute to issue queue management
Ask targeted questions to understand the root of
Learn from support issues
Improve reliability and operability of Geotab products
Participate in new product testing
Leverage data visualization tools to create troubleshooting dashboards
Complete ongoing training/research to stay current on Geotab
