supporting card processing systems at least 1 year, 2 years of any payment processing systems, Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part, Hands-on experience with any logging system (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc. ), Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the API-browsers (Postman, Swagger, etc. ), PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries
Nice to Have
Experience with Core Banking System, experience with Temenos, Experience with KYC/KYB (like SumSub, etc. ), Experience with SmartVista, Any experience with Banking as a Service products, Hands-on with SalesForce
What You'll Do.
Communication with client's support representatives in Slack chats
Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team
Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system
Analysis of system events - system logs
Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams
Performing and automation of routine procedures (including AI automation tools): file exchange
running of system scheduled tasks
Setting up emulators of payment systems (setting up test/pre-prod environments)
