The Brief

What You'll Achieve.

Gathering and reporting metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Provision of support services in accordance with the SLA; Ensure all tickets are updated with accurate and detailed information and resolved within the agreed service levels; Follow up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction; improve overall service quality

Eligibility Requirements

Travel to other NATO sites may be required, Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent, nationality of one of the NATO nations

Nice to Have

French language proficiency

What You'll Do.

Deploy and manage server applications

Integrate applications with identity

Support creation and deployment of client applications

Gathering and reporting metrics

Manage EntraID Groups and Roles

Manage and configure different Cloud components

Provision of support services

Provide second-level and third-level support

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues

Communicating solutions or advices

Troubleshoot and resolve software problems

Monitor the incident management process

Log and track support incidents

Ensure all tickets are updated

Escalate complex issues

Follow up on escalated issues

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base

Share knowledge and best practices

Contribute to analysis and documentation

Participate in review of documentation

managing and providing access

Ensuring the proper functionality and security

Monitoring COTS Applications

Providing support to NBAC team

Controlling and checking compliance

Gathering functional and non-functional requirements

Support technical reviews

walkthroughs and audits

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely together and provide input to Service Delivery Managers; Project Managers; Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders; Collaborate with NCIA and vendors teams; Work effectively as part of a team; share knowledge and resources; Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex issues

Communication Scope

Communicate effectively with users; Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users; Provide briefings and presentations
