## Description Amazon RIVR is a robotics company pioneering Physical AI through real-world doorstep delivery. Founded in 2024 as an ETH Zurich spin-off, RIVR developed wheeled-legged robots designed to operate in complex, unstructured environments such as stairs, gates, doors, and uneven urban terrain. By combining custom robot hardware, onboard autonomy, and cloud-based coordination, Amazon RIVR is building the next generation of safe, reliable autonomous robots for last-mile delivery Job Description  As we scale globally and integrate into Amazon's infrastructure, we are looking for a highly capable Support Engineer to help build, secure, and operate the technical foundation that powers our teams, labs, and operations.   This is not a traditional helpdesk role. You will be the engineer behind the systems that enable hundreds of employees, robotics researchers, software engineers, and hardware teams to work efficiently and securely every day.
